Cancellations 7 or more days before the event: If you cancel your registration at least 7 days before the event start date, you'll receive a full refund of your registration fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations less than 7 days before the event: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event start date are eligible for a credit for the full amount of your registration fee, which can be applied toward a future 

No-shows: Registrants who don't attend and don't cancel before the event start date will not be eligible for a credit.
