Having practiced as an attorney for 30 years, I decided in 2025 to start Guided Path Estate Services, a consulting business to support individuals dealing with all of the administrative tasks surrounding an estate. I do not act as my client's attorney - I am a consultant that works WITH their attorney, financial planner, and other experts, to make sure all of the necessary paperwork is handled in an efficient manner.
Most people appointed as an executor have never done it before and are overwhelmed by all the required tasks. My primary goal is to make the process less stressful for them. I am also available to support professional executors/trustees on specific tasks.
