Mark brings a diverse background in executive leadership, law, real estate, and customer service to his role as a co-founder of Arciera Home Care with his wife, Katherine. Mark has always brought an elevated level of service to what he does. Mark is deeply committed to understanding the experiences of both Arciera’s team members and clients. This led him to become a Certified Nursing Assistant and a Certified Dementia Practitioner®. Mark also serves on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Chapter of the Home Care Association of America and as its Legislative Co-Chair.
