Meeting Description:

The Illinois estate tax is described as a simple, graduated tax but the reality is less straightforward.  This tax can be high, surprising clients and professionals alike.  Learn rules of thumb for dealing with this tax, spot situations that may inadvertently trigger estate tax, and avoid planning pitfalls.
