Divorce and Family Law Partners Beth F. McCormack and James M. Quigley of Beermann LLP will present on the lifecycle of a divorce case through their unique perspectives. A dynamic pair, Beth’s practice focuses largely on Alternative Dispute Resolution- Collaborative Law and Mediation, while James focuses on a traditional Strategic Litigation approach. Though the roads they take differ vastly, ultimately the goal of both of their practices is shared: to bring clients to a complete and successful resolution.

About the Speakers
Beth F. McCormack practices exclusively in family law matters, with experience in complex litigation, mediation and collaborative law. Ms. McCormack has repeatedly been nominated by her peers as a Leading Lawyer, Best Lawyer, and has repeatedly been named Top 50 Women Super Lawyer and Top 100 Super Lawyer. She has also been named Most Influential Woman Lawyer by Crain’s Chicago Media.
For nearly 30 years, James M. Quigley has focused his practice exclusively on family law in Cook, Lake, DuPage, and other counties throughout the state of Illinois. During his career James has tried cases in nine counties throughout the State of Illinois. Mr. Quigley has been selected as the 2021-2022 President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, is Board Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and a Diplomate in the exclusive American College of Family Trial Lawyers, a national trial organization comprised of 100 of the top divorce trial attorneys in the country. He is highly regarded for his work and discretion representing an array of high-profile entertainers, athletes and celebrities including Chicago Bulls legend, Michael Jordan.
