The May 10, 2023, meeting will include a presentation by Anne Booth Brockett, on the topic, "Why Should Practitioners Choose Delaware and What is the “Delaware Advantage”" Tentative for 1 General CLE Credit.

Anne Booth Brockett, President of BMO Delaware Trust Company, will answer these two commonly asked questions.  Delaware’s extensive and flexible planning tools will be highlighted along with practical ideas and solutions for meeting families’ and business owners’ ever changing needs.  Sample topics will include Delaware’s income tax advantage, Direction Trusts, quiet trust provisions, migration and modification strategies and creditor protection.

Anne Booth Brockett

As the President and Chief Trust Officer,  Anne is responsible for the oversight and management of trusts administered by BMO under Delaware law. Anne joined BMO Delaware Trust Company with 28 years of Delaware based experience in advising and managing ultra-high net worth individuals, business owners and multi-generational families. While based in Delaware, Anne has developed strong, collaborative relationships with clients and their other advisors, nationally. Prior to joining BMO, Anne worked with two other major Delaware Trust institutions, including one with a twenty-two year tenure.

A University of Delaware graduate, Anne also completed the National Trust School and Graduate National Trust School programs, based at Northwestern University. She is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA).
