BAR: 2:45 - 6:45 pm
POST TIME: 3:15 pm
The event includes a box seat with a Grab ‘N’ Go Lunch (sandwich, chips, dessert and soft drink) and a gift certificate for $10.00 to be used for food, drink and gift shop merchandise.
Who should attend: Council Members in good standing (dues paid for 2019-2020 by June 30, 2019) and one guest, per member.

Important Information About Cancellations
This event is being provided by the Council for our members in good-standing. Because we are purchasing the “day at the race” package in advance from Arlington International Racecourse, we will be billing Council members who RSVP that they will attend, but do not show for the event or cancel their reservation after July 15 at $60 per person. Please inform your guest.
We are sorry, but there are no exceptions.
Important Information About Arlington International Racecourse
Address: 2200 W. Euclid Avenue, Arlington Heights, Illinois 60006.
Gates open at 2:00 pm. Free Parking.
Enter at the Wilke Road Entrance, park in Lots E or F and proceed through the Grandstand Gate.
Pick up tickets at the Grandstand Will Call. The Box Seats are located on the third floor.
Once inside Arlington International, turn right, proceed to the first set of escalators you come to and take them up to the third floor.
Once on the third floor, turn right and walk outside to get to your box seats.
